I wanted to take a moment to share my appreciation for the outstanding work done by Suf and Mayco. My garage floor looks absolutely beautiful and I couldn't be happier with the results. Both crew members were not only friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. The entire process from the start to finish was smooth and well managed, and I truly appreciate the effort and attention in detail. I am very happy with Primal Coatings. Please extend my thanks to Suf and Mayco for their excellent work.

Sufian and Michael did a fine job on the epoxy coating of my cement front stoop, and are clearly knowledgeable professionals. The cost was reasonable, and it looks as if it'll hold up well. Sufian answered multiple questions for me before I signed the contract, and was very friendly as well as professional during the quote. There were two less happy parts of my experience with Primal Coatings. One was that a LOT of color flakes from the epoxy job were still scattered around the area after the job was done, though Sufian had made a point of highlighting that they clean up everything thoroughly; when I contacted him about that, he did return promptly to clean up a lot of them, but still left enough flakes after that that I'm either going to have to deal with them myself (difficult, given my physical limitations) or live with them being visible in several places as I come and go. So far I've only managed to clean up some of the more easily accessed ones. The other less than positive aspect was that when they arrived to do the job there was a decided change in manner, with a rather cold and standoffish feeling, seeming to convey they just wanted me out of their way, and I wondered w

I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Primal Coatings. From start to finish, the team was professional, organized, friendly, and extremely conscientious. They showed up when they said they would, kept me informed throughout the process, and took great care in their preparation and workmanship. What impressed me most was their attention to detail and willingness to answer questions. The crew was diligent and clearly took pride in their work rather than rushing through the job. They treated my home with respect and made sure everything was done properly. I had my garage, front porch, and back patio coated, and the final product exceeded my expectations. The finish looks fantastic and has completely transformed the appearance of the spaces. If you’re looking for a company that is reliable, hardworking, and committed to quality, I would highly recommend Primal Coatings. Great people, great communication, and outstanding results.

Absolutely blown away by the transformation of our garage floor. We had epoxy done years ago by another company, and it chipped and failed much sooner than expected, so we were very particular about who we hired this time. From the very first conversation to the final result, PRIMAL COATINGS exceeded every expectation. The floor now looks like something out of a luxury showroom — flawless finish, incredible attention to detail, and true craftsmanship throughout the entire process. You can immediately tell they use high-quality materials and genuinely care about doing the job right, not just getting it done fast. They were professional, punctual, respectful, and communicated with us every step of the way. It’s rare these days to find someone who takes this much pride in their work. The lifetime warranty gave us even more confidence that we made the right choice. SUFIAN, the owner, was absolutely outstanding — incredibly respectful, conscientious, and accommodating. We even changed the color we wanted at the last minute, and he handled it without hesitation or any upcharge, which honestly says a lot about his character and customer service. If you are considering having your gara
